Our first gluten free beer. The Blonde Otter Gluten Free is a Belgian-inspired IPA brewed with rice instead of grain. We must mention that while all the ingredients are gluten free, we still made it in the same equipment as the other beers.
Motor Mouth is a rich dark Coffee Stout. It is made with 20 pounds of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee beans roasted right here in Michigan by the Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company.

Our brewer Brad made his own first creation – a session IPA in a Firkin. He made up his own hop additions, Simcoe, Galena and Citra. We are looking forward to seeing what it tastes like!
