CENTENNIAL SLAM IPA
ABV: 6.5%
Centennial Slam IPA is a seasonal India Pale Ale with flavorfully bitter hops. A slight sweetness rounds out the finish. This IPA has a floral, fruity nose and is made with all Michigan Hops!
BELGIAN TRIPEL
ABV: 7.5%
Belgian Tripel is true to the Trappist style first mastered by Belgian monks, this beer is malty and rich. Belgian yeast creates a full bodied, full flavored beer. Aged to perfection for four months and highly carbonated with a slight warming sensation. A small bit of coriander adds a hint of pepper.
BELGIAN TRIPEL DUBBEL
ABV: 9.7%
Belgian Tripel Dubbel was introduced for our first anniversary celebration on November 14th, 2015. It is true to the Trappist style first mastered by Belgian monks, this beer is malty and rich. Hopperation: Black Hops is a smooth Session style IPA. It has a rich dark black color and a smooth slightly hoppy taste.

Blonde Otter Gluten Free
ABV: 5.5% IBU: 25
Our first gluten free beer. The Blonde Otter Gluten Free is a Belgian-inspired IPA brewed with rice instead of grain. We must mention that while all the ingredients are gluten free, we still made it in the same equipment as the other beers.
MOTOR MOUTH COFFEE STOUT
ABV: 6.3% IBU: 21
Motor Mouth is a rich dark Coffee Stout. It is made with 20 pounds of Ethiopia Yirgacheffe coffee beans roasted right here in Michigan by the Great Lakes Coffee Roasting Company.
EVERY ROSE HAS ITS THORN
ABV: 5.7%
Our Red Ale with added peppers!!! It is a slightly sweet and malty beer with a dark copper color with a spicy zap!
BRAD’S FIRST CREATION
ABV: 4.3%
Our brewer Brad made his own first creation – a session IPA in a Firkin. He made up his own hop additions, Simcoe, Galena and Citra. We are looking forward to seeing what it tastes like!
EXTRA SPECIAL BITTER (ESB)

ESB is a traditional English style ale that is dark yet leaning toward hoppy in flavor. It’s great. ‘Nuff Said!

The House Rules Pale Ale is the tall, dark and handsome of beer. It’s smooth all the way through, moderately hopped and has characteristics of California common style ales. It’s medium body makes it very drinkable and it finishes with a refreshing biscuit flavor.
