Mango Gose Tango is our first collaboration. It was crafted by the FBC and Drafting Table Brewing Company. A gose (pronounced go-zeh) is a salted, lightly soured wheat ale. We added mango for a touch of sweetness. It is the perfect accompaniment for a hot day of the patio.
Hopperation: Hurry up and Wait is an IPL (India Pale Lager) and has crisp and refreshing hop character reminiscent of a hoppy Czech Pils. As part of the Hopperation series, Hurry Up and Wait is hopped with El Dorado every 10 minutes for 60 minutes. The lagering process creates a hop forward and clean taste.
