Dubliner Weisse is our Irish take on the Northern German Sour style white beer. A great all-day refresher! The Dubliner is light and drinkable with a delicate tang at the end. Try a Berliner flight with raspberry, peach, or the traditional woodruff syrup.
Pip Boi is an easy-going IPA with a lighter body and subtle caramel backing. It is moderately hopped with Warrior, Sorachi Ace, Jarrylo, Amarillo and Belma for a complex, rolling bitterness.
Pond Hopper is a golden brown, medium-bodied pale ale. It is gently bittered with New Zealand hops that provide hints of passion fruit and other warm-weather reminiscent flavors. Pond Hopper is balanced with a caramel-like sweetness and finishes smooth for easy drinkability.

ABV: 4.1% IBU 19
An odd name, but not an odd brew. One part California Common and one part American Ale, the “both-both” comes from the use of two yeast strains: an ale yeast to pull out the subtle hop character and a lager yeast to create the unique flavor this beer imparts.
A melomel is a like a cider made without apples. This bad boy is tart, tart, tart! There’s a subtle sweetness from honey. It’s pink, thick, little to no carbonation (or still), and very cloudy. Oh, yeah, it’s also 9.3%!
Silky smooth, full-bodied with roasted notes. Hearty maltiness rounds out the roasted coffee flavors.
